Product Technical Description

SP Series products are specifically used for cleaning spinneret nozzles in man-made fiber spinning operations. The product series utilizes high-temperature silicone oil, which has excellent resistance to heat accumulation and high temperatures. It does not contain the banned CFCS, making it environmentally friendly, non-toxic and stable.

Advantages and Features

This series uses a special formula with a strong penetration ability to help with cleaning spinneret nozzles. It can easily scrape off monomers and dirt particles on the spinneret nozzles which then helps lubricate the machine for a smooth and quick cleaning operation. It does not affect the surface temperature during the time of cleaning the spinneret nozzle. As it is silicone, crystals do not develop after cleaning which allows the nozzle to stay cleaner for a longer time (particularly in high temperature working environments). Thus, due to the excellent chemical stability, it does not produce any harmful toxins to the human body under these kinds of high-temperature operations.

Instructions for Use

Use heated objects below 320ºC.

When using this solvent, spray an appropriate amount on the surface to be cleaned and then scrape off the monomer impurities with a copper (or aluminum) knife to obtain a long-term cleaning effect. Works best at an ideal distance of 10-20cm away from said surface.

Precautions

Shake the can properly before use.

This product uses LPG(Butane) which makes it suitable for heating objects below 320ºC. Flames are strictly prohibited while using SP series products. This spray can is processed by high-pressure filling and the storage temperature must be below 40ºC. Do not forcibly open the can. Unless it is determined that the contents in the bottle have been completely exhausted, do not discard it arbitrarily. Please carefully dispose of it in the garbage after the bottle is fully used.
