The SPC Foam Cleaner is a water-soluble solution with mixed anionic and nonionic surfactant. The product can replace corrosive agents as well as other solvents, which is safer for the environment.

Advantages and Features

Developed for cleaning metal surfaces, applicable to steels, alloys, etc. However, it is not suitable for cleaning copper and aluminum materials, but stable for other various metals. It has a special formula with a strong penetration ability which can effectively remove dirt, grease, carbon, scale, and tar on surfaces. It is non-toxic and non-polluting. It is suitable for the cleaning of stubborn oil and grease stains on textile machines, false twisting machines, heating godet grooves, godet heels, and metal surfaces.

Instructions for use

Use in environments of temperatures below 90ºC. Shake properly before use, the foam will increase while using. When using, please insert the nozzle tube and place it into the guide wire groove to spray out foam. This will effectively penetrate the stubborn dirt residue and soften it so that one can use tools and water to thoroughly clean the dirt afterwards. To clean the heating extension wheel, please replace the short, wide-faced nozzle, which is more convenient and economical to use.

Precautions

Shake the can properly before use. Please store this product in temperatures below 40ºC and avoid direct sunlight. This aerosol can is filled with high pressure air, please do not forcibly open it unless it is confirmed that the contents have been completely exhausted.

Do not touch the eyes, nose, or mouth when using the product. If you accidentally come in contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth, please wash it with plenty of water for 5-10 minutes. If after rinsing you feel unwell, please seek medical attention immediately.
